Bo Todd Refuses to Accept Offer to Purchase Common
Shares of Blackstrap Hospitality Corporation

RED DEER, ALBERTA--(CCNMatthews - April 7, 2005) - Bo Todd, the holder
of approximately 2% of the outstanding common shares (the "Blackstrap
Shares") of Blackstrap Hospitality Corporation (TSX VENTURE:BLH)
("Blackstrap"), wishes to announce that he will not accept the offer
(the "Offer") to the purchase Blackstrap Shares made by 622921
Saskatchewan Ltd. Mr. Todd believes that the price offered for the
Blackstrap Shares represents a significant undervaluation of Blackstrap.
Mr. Todd invites all shareholders of Blackstrap to contact him to
discuss the reasons why he will not accept the Offer.
