TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire – November 28, 2008) - BoardSuite Corp. is pleased to announce that it has entered into a business partnership agreement with the Canadian National Stock Exchange, ("CNSX").

CNSX is a Canadian Stock Exchange that offers investors a market model that stresses enhanced corporate disclosure while fostering the entrepreneurial spirit that is so integral to the success of small cap and emerging companies. Under the agreement CNSX will offer BoardSuite® services to all its current and future listed issuers.
