BofI Holding, Inc. Moves First Quarter Earnings Call in Response to Southern California Wildfires

SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwire - October 30, 2007) - BofI Holding, Inc. (NASDAQ: BOFI) ("BofI"), parent of Bank of Internet USA ("Bank"), today announced that it has moved its earnings call for the quarter ended September 30, 2007 to November 7, 2007. The call was originally scheduled for November 1, 2007. The delay was the result of the San Diego area wildfires and the large number of Bank employees impacted by evacuations. To maintain critical bank functions, staffing was adjusted away from non-essential areas. The Bank is now up to full staff.

Conference Call Time

The first quarter earnings conference call is now scheduled for 2:00 p.m. PT (5:00 p.m. ET) on Wednesday, November 7, 2007 to discuss financial results for the first quarter ended September 30, 2007.
