Since partnering with The Bond Advertising and Marketing Group in Ottawa in January of 2007, Frost has achieved the highest month-over-month sales growth in the history of the Ottawa office. Additionally, he was been nominated for previous "Top Performer" Awards and was selected by BAMG as "The Top Canadian Leader of the Year" for the Ottawa office at the annual Holiday Party in Toronto.

As the newest Assistant Manager, Frost will now oversee 15 other independent distributors while taking over expanded recruitment responsibilities at The Bond Advertising and Marketing Group. Helping to support new distributors, he will increase his mentorship role to include training coordination, broad team support and evaluation.
