Bonnie Becker Joins InnoCentive as Vice President of Marketing

Becker Brings More Than 15 Years of Product Marketing Experience to InnoCentive, Including Positions Held at Yahoo!, Pfizer, Polaroid and M&M/MARS

WALTHAM, MA--(Marketwire - December 2, 2008) - InnoCentive, Inc., the global innovation marketplace, today announced it has hired Bonnie Becker, of Boston, as vice president of marketing to support brand awareness and contribute to the growth of InnoCentive's open innovation marketplace, where organizations post Challenges for the public to solve.

Becker's background in driving strategic positioning and brand awareness programs will support InnoCentive as it continues to expand its roster of customers (known as Seekers and Solvers), while continuing to work with existing customers to improve communications and deliver on marketing needs.

-- Prior to that, Becker worked for Pfizer where she handled the product management for several product lines including Lubriderm, Sudafed/Sudacare, and Zantac. She was responsible for overall profit delivery, strategic positioning, long term vision, and marketing execution for these product lines.

-- She also held marketing analyst and manager roles at M&M/MARS, Enamelon, and Polaroid.

-- Bonnie received her B.A., cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts and her M.B.A. in marketing from Northeastern University.

-- InnoCentive's Board completed the vice president of marketing search with assistance from the Barlow Group, a Norwalk, Connecticut-based recruiting firm.
