Brad Grimes Named Editor of PRO AV Magazine

WASHINGTON, DC--(Marketwire - January 15, 2008) - Hanley Wood announced today that Brad Grimes would assume editorial responsibilities of PRO AV magazine. Published monthly, PRO AV is read by 20,000 contractors, dealers, distributors, consultants and end-users. The magazine focuses equally on professional audio and video products installations and products. It covers the day-to-day information needs of its readers, including the latest industry trends, technologies and products. PRO AV was acquired by Hanley Wood in January of 2007 and is the cornerstone of a growing technology group.

Before joining Hanley Wood in 2006, Grimes worked for PostNewsweek Tech Media, a former Washington Post company, as Chief Technology Editor for Government Computer News and Washington Technology, the leading publications in the government technology and defense marketplaces. He also spent five years at PC World magazine as Features Executive Editor. Grimes has been recognized by the American Business Media and the American Society of Business Publication Editors for his articles in the technology field, including a Grand Neal at the Jesse H. Neal national Business Journalism Awards.

The study also revealed that over 40 percent of surveyed industry professionals read PRO AV on a regular basis -- more than twice those who chose the leading competitors.
