Brazilian Mining Corporation Signs Letter of Intent

GARDNERVILLE, NV--(Marketwire - February 4, 2010) - Brazilian Mining Corporation (PINKSHEETS: BRZM) is pleased to announce that The Company has signed a letter of intent with Terrax Inc., a company incorporated in the State of Nevada. Founded in 2000, Terrax is a solutions integrator of image data and hyperspectral imaging to provide real time detection and alert systems for military and civilian applications. Terrax has several projects in the works; the "Theia Project" is a Hyperspectral Camera and Imaging System: - 300 ft range for target detection - Real-time target tracking - Real-time alerts - Heavy duty mechanical system - Mesh network - Storage archive.
