Brian Addy Steps in Full Time at ComplyData

Board of Advisors Chair and Internet Entrepreneur to Serve as Managing Member

DENVER, CO--(Marketwire - August 17, 2010) -  ComplyData, an Internet software development company providing software as a service (SaaS) solutions, today announced that Brian Addy would be assuming the role of managing member. Addy, a technology industry veteran has participated in the ground floor creation of multiple successful organizations, including Pro-Logis, Focal Communications Corporation, ISN Software Corporation, and Peerless Network, Inc.

In his expanded role, Addy will be instrumental in listening to customers and providing a solution that fits their needs. "We need your input!" said Addy. "We think we're smart, we think we know what software solutions our customers want, but it doesn't matter what we think. It matters what our customers think. We work for them. I'm excited about the opportunity to deliver an exceptional experience that will improve the quality of work, promote safety in the workplace, and lower costs."

ComplyData provides a simpler way to deliver data that's valuable and clear to the user. "There's a tremendous need to help organize, manage, and communicate various industry requirements," Addy responded. "There's a lot of data to track and it's all over the place. With so many different requirements for suppliers, operators, contractors, and workers, users need the right tools to do their jobs better, faster, and with even greater accuracy. Add to that the frustration that people are having with today's vendor management, workforce management, and personal knowledge management systems and the inability to communicate across databases -- ComplyData is their solution."

ComplyData's recent and successful launch of the ComplyData Intelligent Portal™ (CDIP™) provides features that are designed to enhance the organization of data and communications between organizations and individuals. "This is the only product on the market today that will apply to the individual worker all the way up to the largest multi-national corporation," said Addy. "Every single person will find value in our software solutions."

Addy's previous experience gave him enormous insight into ComplyData's opportunities. "ComplyData lets users own and control their data by allowing custom-tailored views, the choice to import and export, and the freedom to pay month-to-month, with no obligations or long-term contracts. Users now have the power to define their own experience. It's far superior to anything out there because it puts our customers in the driver's seat."

The ComplyData management team is also comprised of Darla S. Bell, a known regulatory compliance expert, and Jim Wilmsen, a veteran of the software industry. "Darla's expertise and awareness of the need for a more simplified customer-oriented database became the start for ComplyData, while Jim's ability to create simplicity from a wide array of complex information has allowed better user experiences across the board," said Addy. "I've never been on a team like this before, and the opportunity to work with them has me excited with so many possibilities."

Addy will continue to serve as Chair of ComplyData's Board of Advisors, the Board of Advisors for Hudson Ventures, the Board Chair for Junior Achievement - Rocky Mountain, Inc., and as President of Ad-Venture Capital Management, LLC.
