Brian McGill Resigns as Director

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Aug. 24, 2010) - AMG Bioenergy Resources Holdings Ltd (TSX VENTURE:ABG) announces that Mr. Brian McGill has tendered his resignation as a director of the Company effective immediately. The Board of Directors would like to thank Mr. McGill for his contributions and wishes him the best in his future endeavours.

Mr. McGill's resignation from the AMG Board will allow him additional time to dedicate to his business interests and charity work.
