BrightLine Announces New Partnership With Webster Bank, Launches Mobile iTV Initiative for the Holidays

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - November 28, 2007) - BrightLine iTV Marketing Specialists announced today that it has entered an agreement with Webster Bank, a subsidiary of Webster Financial Corporation (NYSE: WBS), to provide targeted marketing services to Webster, including the launch today of a cutting-edge, interactive television and mobile phone campaign in Webster's core markets.

Existing and prospective Webster customers in those markets with the highest concentration of Webster branches will be able to view Webster television commercials that invite viewers to text-message codes for redeemable reward points.
