Brightec, Inc. Retains The Collins Group, Inc. to Represent PlayGlo(TM) in the Southeast and Southwest Regions

SOUTH NATICK, MA--(Marketwire - November 9, 2009) - Brightec, Inc., (OTCBB: BRTE) creator of the world's first photographic quality glow-in-the-dark media, today announced that it has retained The Collins Group, Inc., of Colorado Springs, CO, to represent their PlayGlo™ line of glow-in-the-dark puzzles and stickers in the states of Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina and Florida.

The retention of The Collins Group is the continuation of Brightec, Inc.'s nationwide launch that kicked off earlier this summer. "The Collins Group brings to our relationship over thirty years of experience in this industry and has extensive expertise in the sticker and scrapbook industry representing the major lines. We're eager to get PlayGlo into the hands of these pros," said Patrick Planche, Founder and President of Brightec. "This experienced team also opens the doors to a wide diversity of stores and already has the channels in place for future products," added Mr. Planche.

"We see great potential for growth with these PlayGlo products," said Tim Collins, Principal of The Collins Group. "I was skeptical when I first heard the words, 'glow-in-the-dark,' but I was totally wowed when I actually saw this product perform. I had received a sample while traveling but hadn't had a chance to look at it. That evening I had to rush out to a meeting, I turned off the light in the hotel room and there it was glowing in full detail. I knew right then we were onto something unique. Their tagline is right on target -- 'it's glow in the dark like you've never seen it before.' I can envision all kinds of wonderful new products with this amazing material."

Brightec's initial PlayGlo puzzle collection features six 11" x 15", 100 piece, animal-themed puzzles for children ages 6 and up, at a suggested retail price of $9.99. Also available under the PlayGlo brand, are glow-in-the-dark stickers using Brightec's unique media. Each of the four different sticker collections, with images that complement the puzzle line, comes with repositionable backing, meaning the stickers can be applied to almost any surface and then removed and relocated. The stickers have a suggested retail price of $2.99.

PlayGlo puzzles and stickers are available to qualified retailers. All PlayGlo products are manufactured in the USA.
