RICHMOND, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Dec. 23, 2009) - A winning Lotto 6/49 ticket sold in Langley is sure to bring holiday cheer to the person or persons to whom it belongs.

The December 19 draw ticket is entitled to half of the $13.3 million jackpot, which will be split with a winner in Quebec. As yet, no one has come forward to BCLC to claim the $6.68 million prize.
