Broadcast International Partner, SportsCast Network, Signs Agreement With American Indoor Football Association to Provide League Webcasts

SCN to Stream Video of All Games

SALT LAKE CITY, UT -- (MARKET WIRE) -- December 7, 2006 -- Broadcast International ("BI") (OTCBB: BCST) today announced its partner, SportsCast Network (SCN), has recently signed a three-year contract with The American Indoor Football Association (AIFA) to stream video of league football games on the Internet. The agreement begins a new era for the AIFA. Beginning with the 2007 regular season, all games played in league arenas will be available for viewing, live or on-demand, around the world on the Internet.

"We are thrilled to have SportsCast Network on board with us as we enter the exciting world of video streaming," said AIFA owner John Morris. "This is just the beginning of what we hope will be great media endeavors that will benefit our fans around the world."

SportsCast Network and the AIFA will create a Website devoted entirely to video streaming. For a fee, fans will be able to log on, watch their favorite games live, or watch archived events at any hour of the day. During events, fans will also be able to interact with other viewers via a live chat room. They will also have state-of-the-art, real-time stats at their disposal.

"This will be unlike anything else currently available to fans of indoor football," Morris added. "SportsCast Network possesses some of the best technology available. Plus, our member teams will all benefit from the agreement; when you buy a subscription the revenue will go back to your favorite team. Additionally, our season ticket holders will be the first fans in the history of sports to hold a 'true' season ticket as they will have access to every one of their team's games. At home, they can enjoy the action in the arena; on the road, they will have access to the SCN feed."

"We will provide the AIFA fans an unparalleled media experience," said Michael Begley, SCN's founder and CEO. "Our technology will enable the AIFA to deliver live feeds to any device, ranging from television to PCs to hand-held devices, such as PDAs and cellular phones via Internet Protocol. Additionally, we will present followers of indoor football with an interactive experience that will be second to none with comprehensive, real-time statistical updates for all facets of the game and unique fun features, like live chat."
