Brookstone Taps Loyalty Lab's CRM Suite for New "Brookstone IN Rewards" Loyalty Program and Email Messaging

The program, which awards credits toward future purchases based on spending activity, will record transactions for participating customers shopping at Brookstone stores, online at www.brookstone.com, or through Brookstone's catalog call center.
