Nitro for Salesforce adds employee motivation into existing programs and gives companies the opportunity to utilize game design techniques like points, badges, levels, leader boards and real-time feedback to drive productivity. They can also manage and evolve incentive programs, and develop insight into employee behavior with rich analytics.
