Burned Media Ltd. Shareholder Update

HENDERSON, NV -- (MARKET WIRE) -- October 13, 2006 -- Burned Media (PINKSHEETS: BUNM), a Digital Music and Media company focused upon helping tier A retailers deliver digital music, ringtunes and in store digital advertising to their consumers, has released the following business update to shareholders.

Burned Media Ltd. has achieved numerous major milestones since it began trading as a public entity in June of 2006. The company appointed music industry veteran Len Friedman as Chairman. Len held senior leadership positions over a 35-year career at CBS Records, Studio 4 Marketing and Sony Music Canada before founding Friedman Entertainment Marketing Limited (FEM).

The company helped two major retail clients launch music burning kiosk locations in important retail locations. These initial locations will be augmented with announcements of kiosks in additional major retail locations in the coming weeks.

Burned Media Ltd. has been able to provide its retail clients with a solution that allows consumer access to a massive catalogue of music, more than most modern record stores can possibly stock. This enables consumers in its locations to search for and buy music from four major record labels including both the new, brand name artists and releases they want alongside their old favorites.

The company will also begin to update shareholders on its in store marketing activities that have been designed to raise the awareness of the availability of digital music, photo services in retail stores.

Burned Media has a solid funnel of future music kiosk operator prospects and based upon its continued sales efforts believes that there will be several important kiosk deployments in the 2007 calendar year.

Finally Burned Media will detail its plans around music sales, marketing and promotion online to complement in store retailer locations. This is an important step as retailers increasingly require the ability to deliver on both online and offline digital sales plans.
