The Business, Engineering, Science & Technology Discoveries Fund Inc. Announces Increase in Net Asset Value

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Feb. 12, 2010) - The Business, Engineering, Science & Technology Discoveries Fund Inc. (the "Fund") today announced an increase in the net asset value of the Fund as a result of the Fund's ongoing review and updating of the valuation of its investments. The net asset value of the Fund as at today's date increased to $41,748,232.92 from $34,056,605.18 as at February 5, 2010.

The net asset value per share for the each series of the Class A shares and the Class L shares of the Fund as at today's date increased as follows:

  • $9.89 per Class A share, Series I from $8.07 as at February 5, 2010;
  • $9.83 per Class A share, Series II from $8.01 as at February 5, 2010;
  • $9.89 per Class A share, Series III from $8.07 as at February 5, 2010;
  • $9.89 per Class A share, Series IV from $8.07 as at February 5, 2010; and
  • $9.89 per Class L share, Series I from $8.07 as at February 5, 2010.
