Butler International Expands India Engineering Operations to Better Serve Customers

MONTVALE, NJ -- (MARKET WIRE) -- November 16, 2006 -- Butler International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BUTL) announced today that Venu Byna has joined Butler as Vice President, Engineering Services. Mr. Byna comes to Butler from Satyam Computer Services Ltd. with extensive experience with offshore design centers for a wide range of global blue-chip customers. Mr. Byna obtained his Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from PSG College of Coimbatore. He is well-versed in multiple industry best practices and technologies from Six Sigma to digital manufacturing knowledge-based engineering. Butler's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Edward M. Kopko, commented, "We are pleased to have Venu on the Butler Team. He has already begun implementing process delivery improvements which will add tremendous value to our customers."

The Company has also expanded its operations in India to include a new location in Kairathabad, Hyderabad. The new facility is the home of the Company's Internal IT, Help Desk Support, Marketing, Finance, and Recruiting Departments. The Company's other facility in Hyderabad is located in Banjara Hills and houses the customer-facing IT and engineering teams. The Company's international IT network includes video conferencing and IP telephony to provide its customers seamless global communication.

Butler's international teams bring expertise in the latest technologies. The Company has trained engineering professionals with experience in aircraft, aerospace, and heavy machinery. In response to the growing demand for more sophisticated engineering verticals, Butler has added CATIA and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to its menu of global services.
