C. TradeUSA, Together With Madison Avenue Marketing, Corp. and MYRG Agree on Nic-Out Marketing Agreement

COLORADO SPRINGS, CO -- (MARKET WIRE) -- October 25, 2005 -- Military Resale Group, Inc. (OTC: MYRG) today announced that C. TradeUSA and Military Resale Group, Inc. signed a marketing agreement for Nic-Out, a product to help the consumer to stop smoking.
