CAA North & East Ontario Cruises to Top Spot in North American Rankings

OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - June 10, 2009) - CAA North & East Ontario (CAANEO) is pleased to announce the results of CAA & AAA's most recent Customer Satisfaction Rankings. As of March 31st, 2009, CAANEO's drivers, brokers and contractors are number one out of sixty Auto Clubs in North America, and our Automotive Services Call Centre has been ranked first in Canada!

These rankings are compiled based on monthly Customer Satisfaction surveys completed by AAA and CAA's over 50 million members across North America. CAA & AAA members are asked to rate their satisfaction with the level of service they have received from their respective CAA or AAA club.
