CCR Technologies Ltd. Announces Management Reorganization

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Sept. 15, 2009) - CCR Technologies Ltd. (CNSX:CRL) (the "Corporation") (, a leading chemical purification technology solutions and service provider, announces that Peter D. Graham of Houston, Texas, has been appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation effective immediately. Mr. Graham has also been appointed to the board of directors. Mr. Graham was formerly the Executive Vice President, Operations & Human Resources having joined the Corporation on October 1, 2007.

Mr. Graham replaces Marcel Kessler who has resigned his position to pursue other business interests. The board of directors of the Corporation wishes to thank Mr. Kessler for his invaluable contributions to the Corporation during his period of service. Mr. Kessler was the driving force behind the radical restructuring of the Corporation during a period of unprecedented economic turmoil and the establishment of the recently announced Joint Venture in the Middle East and Africa.
