CEO of CinTel Corp. Commits to Purchase of US$135,000 of CinTel Corp. Shares

LOUISVILLE, KY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 26, 2006 -- CinTel Corp. (OTC BB: CNCN), a leader in Internet traffic management, announced today that Sang-Don Kim, CinTel's CEO, will purchase approximately US$135,000 of CinTel shares in the open market within the next sixty days. This purchase will take place irrespective of the price of the stock and be subject to applicable laws. The source of funds used to purchase the shares will be Mr. Kim's personal funds.

Commenting on the stock purchase, Sang-Don Kim said, "This acquisition on the open market represents my commitment and belief in the future prospects of CinTel. In my personal view, the recent drop in the share price substantially undervalues CinTel and is not reflective of the fact that CinTel is in its best financial and operational health ever. The pipeline of future sales, despite the delay of the large project for the financial institution, is very rosy. CinTel offers a very favorable investment opportunity for any mid- to long-term investor." Mr. Kim continued, "As I am prevented by U.S. securities laws from making any profits from the sale of this purchase within a time-period of less than six months, I want to demonstrate my confidence in the future of CinTel by making this open-market purchase. I believe the combined strength of our domestic and overseas projects and the prospective acquisition(s) presents a strong platform for growth and profits for CinTel. Investors will understand the fact that the CEO of this company has a very positive long-term view of the company's prospects."
