CHDT Corp. Primary NASCAR Sponsor at Talladega This Weekend

DEERFIELD BEACH, FL--(Marketwire - April 23, 2008) - CHDT Corp. (OTCBB: CHDO), a consumer products company focused on product placement with wholesalers and retailers nationwide, announced today that it will again be the primary sponsor for the #81, MacDonald Motorsports Dodge, driven by DJ Kennington, at the upcoming NASCAR Nationwide Series, Aaron's 312 at Talladega Superspeedway on April 26th, 2008. The event will be televised on ABC at 2:30 P.M.

CHDT Corp., through its wholly owned subsidiary Capstone Industries, recently launched a complete line of STP® branded tools and automotive accessories. The STP® logos will be featured on the hood and back side quarter panels on car #81. The sponsorship also includes a 12-race schedule in the Canadian Tire Series this summer with DJ Kennington, which is viewed on the Speed Channel.

D.J. Kennington is currently in 22nd place in total points out of 97 drivers so far this year, ahead of some well known names like Earnhardt Jr., Stewart, Biffle, and Labonte with over $260,000 in winnings so far this year.

Talladega Superspeedway can accommodate more than 143,000 seated guests and thousands more in the 212-acre infield. STP tools and automotive accessories will be displayed in the pit area next to the Team hauler along with signed hero cards for fans to collect. Products can be seen at
