CLX Investment Company Director Files Form 4 on Common Stock Acquisitions Totaling Over 11 Million Shares

MURRIETA, CA--(Marketwire - January 18, 2008) - CLX Investment Company, Inc. (OTCBB: CLXN), which owns 51% of Zonda, Incorporated, a developer and manufacturer of unique diagnostic tests for the medical and non-medical markets, today announced that Pat Edgerton, a member of the company's Board of Directors, has filed a Form 4 Statement of Change in Beneficial Ownership of Securities with the Securities and Exchange Commission regarding the acquisition of CLX common stock.

The Form 4 reported two stock acquisition transactions for Mr. Edgerton, the first for 10 million shares at a price of $.01 on August 29, 2007 and the second for 1.125 million shares at a price of $0.008 on December 7, 2007. As a result of acquiring these shares, the Form 4 reports that Mr. Edgerton now holds 13,791,666 shares of CLX common stock.

"I am pleased to add to my common stock position at this stage of the company's development, especially as we prepare for the initiation of clinical trials for Zonda's rapid point of care test for Chlamydia," stated Mr. Edgerton.

CLX anticipates a mid- to late-first calendar quarter 2008 beginning for the clinical trials.
