CN Steel Challenge returns to Montreal June 9

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - June 8, 2007) - CN Police and other local police services will test their muscle this Saturday in the CN Steel Challenge, to raise more than $30,000 for Quebec's Special Olympics program. The challenge - posting the fastest time in pulling a 250-ton locomotive a distance of 20 feet. The event will also feature a picnic area and activities for the whole family, such as a drawing contest, kids' rail-safety games, tattoos, prizes and a special demonstration from our CN Police dog, Meeko.

Quebec's Special Olympics honorary patron, Olympic medal winning diver Annie Pelletier, will be present. Also appearing will be Gatineau police officer Hugo Girard, this year's honorary president and holder of the 'Strongest Man in the World' title.

WHEN: Saturday, June 9, 2007, starting at 1 p.m.
