REGINA, SASKATCHEWAN--(Marketwire - Aug. 12, 2008) - The Honourable Monte Solberg, Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, and the Honourable Rob Norris, Saskatchewan Minister of Advanced Education, Employment and Labour, will be in Regina to announce improvements to the Temporary Foreign Worker Program to address labour shortages.
