CORRECTION FROM SOURCE-SigNature Developments: Make an Offer and Move

SigNature's New Promotion Tips Balance To Buyers Creating First Of Its Kind Online Selling Campaign Going Live March 12 @ 10am - 2010

CONCORD, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - March 12, 2010) - A correction from source is being issued with respect to the release that was disseminated on March 12, 2010 at 9:47 AM ET. The Make Me an Offer campaign goes live on "March 12, 2010", instead of "March 13, 2010".  The complete and corrected release follows.

SigNature Developments has changed the new home industry in southern Ontario with one bold move – condo buyers no longer have to deal with the take-it-or-leave-it approach traditional to new developments. Starting March 13, buyers will be able to set their own price on a suite at the new Triumph North project in Schomberg, during SigNature's make-an-offer-and-move event.

The campaign is the brainchild of  Blackjet Interactive. (, spearheaded by Partner Rob Galleta. Working closely with Sebastian Mizzi, SigNature Development Manager, Galleta and his team created an online campaign that is sure to tip the balance in favour of the buyer.

"We detected that condo shoppers were experiencing "Promotion Fatigue" - as the recession hit, the industry turned to price promotion, which in itself is a futile exercise and ultimately began to fall on deaf ears. The concept of allowing people to negotiate much like purchasing a vehicle or even a resale home seems much more attractive" says Galetta.

"Our goal was to engage the prospective buyers in the buying process and let them negotiate what they feel is a fair price," said Galetta. " We have created a cool website that facilitated the buyer to:

  • Do their initial research online,
  • Choose a condo they would like to buy
  • Place a fair offer online
  • Wait for a phone call

The other alternative is the buyer can visit the presentation centre and start the process on-site," stated Galleta.

Triumph North is a remarkable 6-storey, Georgian-inspired midrise, set on four acres of land overlooking the Schomberg River. It offers 125 exceptional suites, ranging from 670-square-feet one-bedrooms to 1,425-square-feet two-bedroom-plus-dens. The condominium is situated within walking distance of the boutiques and cafes that Old Ontario is known for, and is only a 10-minute drive from Newmarket, one of Southern Ontario's fastest growing cities.
