CSM Systems: ViCCi Launched in Calgary's Sunridge Centre

EDMONTON, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Jan. 14, 2008) - Visionstate, a division of CSM Systems Corp. (TSX VENTURE:CKX), is pleased to announce the launch of its state-of-the-art virtual customer care system in Sunridge Centre in Calgary, Alberta.

The technology, known as ViCCi™, uses touchscreens and a 3D customer service representative to assist shoppers in locating stores, brands, products and services in shopping centres across Canada.

Visionstate has an exclusive agreement with Ivanhoe Cambridge Properties to deploy ViCCi in their centres across Canada. Currently ViCCi™ can be found in Calgary, Edmonton and Newmarket, Ontario, with plans to expand into British Columbia over the next few months.

ViCCi™ continues to be widely embraced by consumers seeking information at a touch of a finger. Millions of consumers have interacted with ViCCi™ since its initial launch in 2005 at Southgate Centre in Edmonton. ViCCi™ has now been installed in five shopping centres across Canada.
