Rapidly Growing Customer Support Outsourcing Firm Hires Experienced Contact Center Sales Professional Mark Burns

DES MOINES, IA--(Marketwire - June 24, 2010) -  Caleris, a leading Iowa-based business process outsourcing provider, announces the hiring of experienced sales professional Mark Burns. Burns, based in Madison, Wis., joins Caleris as a vice president of sales. With nearly 30 years of proven sales experience, Burns is expected to be a key asset for Caleris as the company positions itself to add up to 100 seats to its customer support centers this year.

Burns has been involved in contact-center marketing strategies since 2000. Formerly vice president of sales for the information answering service KGB (formerly Infonxx) of Bethlehem, Pa., he managed sales strategies for their 28 global contact centers. Burns' dynamic sales career includes a focus on customer care, centralized order taking, and technical support contact-center business development.
