California Bank of Commerce Hires Greenfield as CFO

LAFAYETTE, CA--(Marketwire - October 11, 2007) - John Rossell III, President and CEO of
California Bank of Commerce, announced the appointment of Randall
Greenfield as Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Greenfield has over 30 years of commercial bank finance experience. In
his previous positions, Mr. Greenfield has served as CFO for several
successful commercial banks, including two start-ups, as well as performing
the duties of Chief Administrative Officer, Treasurer, and Corporate
Secretary for other financial institutions. He was most recently the CFO
of Diablo Valley Bank, in Danville.
