California Bank of Commerce Hires Greenfield as CFO

LAFAYETTE, CA--(Marketwire - October 11, 2007) - John Rossell III, President and CEO of California Bank of Commerce, announced the appointment of Randall Greenfield as Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Greenfield has over 30 years of commercial bank finance experience. He was most recently the CFO of Diablo Valley Bank, in Danville.
