The Canada Economic Development Agency for Quebec Approves Orbite's Environmental Assessment Study

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - July 29, 2009) - Exploration Orbite V.S.P.A. Inc. (TSX VENTURE:ORT.A) announces that The Canada Economic Development Agency for Quebec Regions (EDC Quebec) has approved the content of its pilot plant project environmental assessment study and considers that it has sufficient information to render a favorable decision in accordance with article 20 of the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act.

The approval of the environmental assessment study constitutes an essential condition to receiving financing from EDC, and represents an important step for the Corporation.
