Cantronic Appoints New Chief Financial Officer

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Sept. 15, 2009) - Cantronic Systems Inc. ("Cantronic") (TSX VENTURE:CTS) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Susan Liu to the position of Chief Financial Officer. The appointment takes effect immediately.

Prior to joining Cantronic Systems Inc., Ms Susan Liu was the CFO for China Education Alliance Inc. (NYSE-Amex: CEU) which had about six operating subsidiaries in China. During her time as CFO, China Education Alliance Inc. succeeded in moving from OTCBB listing to NYSE-American listing and exhibited significant market cap increase. Ms Liu graduated with a Bachelor of Economics major in Business Accounting from An Hui Finance and Trade University in China in 1985 and has worked in finance, accounting, and investment fields since then in both China and Canada.

Ms Liu replaces Jason Leung who has resigned his position as Interim CFO to pursue other interests. We thank him for his contribution and wish him all the best.
