Carbon2Green engages in generating CERs by developing projects on the African continent. The first projects will target the production of electricity that will be distributed on local area networks from biofuel or biomass from Jatropha plantations, a tree on which seeds that contain 35% oil grow. These seeds, once pressed, create a vegetable oil that can be used, with very few changes, by generators to produce electricity. Additional projects of various kinds to be carried out in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and in West Africa are being reviewed at the moment.

The TSX Venture Exchange has not reviewed and does not accept responsibility for the adequacy or accuracy of this release.
