Cardlytics Named Among Top 10 Innovative Georgia Technology Companies at 2010 Georgia Technology Summit

Technology Association of Georgia Recognizes Atlanta-Based Merchant-Based Rewards Provider

ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwire - March 30, 2010) - Cardlytics, a provider of targeted, card-based, merchant-funded rewards technology, was named as one of this year's Top 10 Innovative Georgia Technology Companies by TAG (Technology Association of Georgia) at this year's Georgia Technology Summit.

Each year, TAG selects its Top 40, which are selected based on a number of criteria, including: degree of innovation; scope and financial impact of innovation; likelihood of success; and promotion of Georgia's innovative efforts nationally and internationally. From that select group, ten companies are then highlighted as the most innovative.

This year's Top 10 list included: Cardlytics, AirSage, Clearleap, Five X Five, Healthcare Solutions, Hi-Rez Studios, IDology, MedShape Solutions, Music Intelligence Solutions, Wavee.

Cardlytics' selection into the Top 10 Innovative Georgia Technology Companies list represents the continuation of what has been a year of rapid growth and attention for the company. Over the past 12 months, Cardlytics has successfully closed a second round of funding, launched with six financial institutions, began an expansion to more than double its office space and signed agreements with more than 50 local, national and online retailers.

"Our company is honored to be recognized as one of this year's Top 10 Innovative Georgia Technology Companies," said Scott Grimes, co-founder and CEO of Cardlytics. "I am enthusiastic about both our own company and our expectations for the coming year, but also the quality of our peer companies on this year's list, which I feel is reflective of the high caliber of technology investment and innovation that benefits all of us who have established our businesses in Georgia."
