Cargo Connection Logistics - International Facilitating Sample Shipments From San Jose, Costa Rica in Unique, Cooperative Trade Program

INWOOD, NY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- August 7, 2006 -- Cargo Connection Logistics Holding, Inc. (OTCBB: CRGO) (BERLIN: CD6) (FRANKFURT: 217026) today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Cargo Connection Logistics - International, Inc., is receiving its first Costa Rican product shipment of merchandise as a result of the "Costa Rica Si Vende" trade and service initiative.

The first of the PyMEs (small and medium-sized companies) exporters, all members of the Consorcio de Industria Alimentaria Costa Rican Food Group, who have found the platform of this program to be an immediate, effective and very efficient answer that address the necessities of its members, have begun sending their samples into the United States market through the program we announced two weeks ago. The first shipments arrived via air in New York yesterday.

Thanks to the program, "Costa Rica Si Vende," this group of companies will be able to harness the logistics efficiencies and commercialization of their products in the United States through the elimination of many of the current barriers, thereby allowing them to better compete in their respective market. Through this program, Cargo Connection Logistics is a key component in assisting the Costa Rican producer exporters in achieving a more competitive advantage as compared to the traditional scheme of exporting into the United States.

In the coming weeks, the Cargo Connection Logistics team will help facilitate this international trade association and its members in getting additional exposure for their products that will be arriving from Costa Rica into those areas of the United States that can be demographically advantageous to them.

"Costa Rica Si Vende" through its participants, Cargo Connection Logistics, Rex International Cargo, The Costa Rican Export Promotion Bureau ("Procomer"), Banco Nacional - PyMEs, The Chamber of Agro-Industrial Companies and The Ministry of Economics, Industry and Commerce (M.E.I.C.), provides to PyMEs a platform of services and programs of qualification, promotion and trade, logistics (international transportation, storage and distribution), financial instruments and management support equal or greater than that of large companies. Cargo Connection Logistics will be the United States facilitator for this project by providing all services related to Vendor Managed Inventory, domestic transportation, distribution, and full scope third party logistics (3PL) support.

"We are very pleased that this program is moving forward," said William Perry, Director of International Business for Cargo Connection Logistics - International. "Cargo Connection Logistics is extremely proud to be an integral part of this progressive program and we look forward to its further strengthening and development."
