Caribbean Casino and Gaming Corp. Confirms First International Boxing Event

MIAMI, FL--(Marketwire - January 11, 2010) - Caribbean Casino and Gaming Corp. (PINKSHEETS: CGAQ) has confirmed its first boxing event will be held on March 13, 2010 in the Event Center in the Sosua Bay Grand Casino.

This will be the first of potentially 4 scheduled events to be held in partnership with DeCubas Presents, LLC. The Company is in the process of finalizing a contract with a major international sports network which plans to broadcast the event LIVE from the Sosua Bay Grand Casino with more details to be released upon completion.

Expected to attend the event is Roberto Durán, widely regarded as one of the greatest boxers of all-time. His 70 wins by knockout place him in an exclusive group of boxers who have won 50 or more fights by knockout. On October 14, 2006, Roberto Durán was inducted into the World Boxing Hall of Fame in Riverside, California, and on June 10, 2007, into the International Boxing Hall of Fame in Canastota, New York. DeCubas Presents, LLC is a nationally known boxing promotional company that stages major professional boxing events throughout the U.S. and around the world. DeCubas Presents was founded by Dan Wise, Roberto Duran, and Luis DeCubas and is managed by Luis and Rick DeCubas. DeCubas Presents currently has 17 fighters under contract which include former Olympians and amateur champions.
