Carlisle Goldfields Limited (CNSX:CGJ) Begins Trading on the Canadian National Stock Exchange

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - June 18, 2010) - Carlisle Goldfields Ltd., (Carlisle or the Company) (CNSX:CGJ) is pleased to announce that effective June 14, 2010 its shares commenced trading on the Canadian National Stock Exchange (CNSX) under the symbol CGJ.

Carlisle is a Junior Mining & Development Company engaged in the acquisition, exploration & development of Gold & Silver projects in Northern Manitoba & Northern Ontario.

The Company's principal assets are at the MacLellan & Dot properties in Lynn Lake Manitoba. In total 6 mining claims covering 597 hectares and 1 mining lease covering 288 hectares comprise the MacLellan property. The Dot property covers the remaining 3 mining claims of 205 hectares and 106 continguous mining leases totalling 2,358 hectares. The primary focus however is on the MacLellan Gold Mine where approximately 144,000 ounces of Gold & 132,000 ounces of Silver were produced between 1986 & 1989.

In June 2008 the Company released details of a 43-101 compliant resource estimate. The estimate includes a measured & indicated resource of 932,000 tonnes grading 6.81 g/t Gold & 11.4g/t Silver or 204,200 ounces of Gold & 341,300 ounces of Silver. In addition there is an inferred resource of 904,000 tonnes grading 7.16 g/t Gold & 11.4 g/t tonnes silver or 208,000 ounces of Gold & 330,990 ounces of Silver.

There remains an additional 8,100 metres of drilling not yet incorporated into the above noted technical report, the results of which have been previously press released. A revised 43-101 compliant report incorporating such results is currently being prepared and will be made public in the near term.
