Cast Iron Reports Record Growth During FY2007

Fastest Growing Appliance Vendor Extends Lead in Software-as-a-Service Integration

MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA--(Marketwire - December 18, 2007) - Cast Iron Systems, the fastest growing integration appliance vendor, today reported breakthrough results for Fiscal Year 2007, which ended on November 30th. The company experienced 192 percent growth in contract value over FY2006, and more than doubled its installed base over the same period. Cast Iron continued its strong momentum with the introductions of innovative new products and partnerships, particularly in the dynamic Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) market.

New customers in 2007 include 360 Vantage, Awana International, Bennetts Business Systems, Capital Institutional Services (CAPIS), Cypress Equities, EMI Music, JobScience, MedAmerica Billing Services, Peet's Coffee & Tea, The Schumacher Group, SonicWALL, and Tesla Motors, among many others.

--  A growing international ministry partnered with more than 15,000
    churches in over 100 countries, Awana uses the Cast Iron Integration
    Appliance to integrate its JD Edwards ERP system with its Salesforce CRM
    system and many other business applications. Working with Cast Iron, the
    company completed its original integration within two weeks, giving
    employees immediate access to the data they need to do their jobs
    efficiently and cost effectively.
--  After evaluating alternative solutions, Magma Design Automation, a
