CelLynx Expands 5BARz Sales Network With Leading Midwest Manufacturers' Rep Firms

MISSION VIEJO, CA--(Marketwire - February 5, 2010) - CelLynx Group, Inc. (OTCBB: CYNX), a leading producer and marketer of 5BARz™ cell signal amplification devices, today announced it has signed agreements with three leading Midwest manufacturers' representative firms to market its 5BARz Road Warrior cell signal booster.

The three firms, Cleveland-based Astrokam Sales and Marketing, Chicago-based GB Marketing, and Minneapolis-based Pinnacle Marketing Group, Inc., generate an aggregate $280 million in annual sales revenue. They will increase the Company's penetration into 19,000 online resellers, catalogs, distributors, technology resellers and retail outlets.

Astrokam will represent 5BARz in Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Kentucky, West Virginia and Western Pennsylvania. It has represented major electronics manufacturers' products for more than 40 years including Pioneer Audio, Canon, Iomega, SanDisk, Sony PlayStation, and Toshiba.

"This is one of the most exciting new products our company has represented," said Dick Rose, president, Astrokam. "5BARz will appeal to any consumer who uses a cellular phone, iPhone, BlackBerry or PDA device as a reliable source of business, casual or family communications."

G/B Marketing will represent 5BARz products in Illinois, Wisconsin, Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska and Kansas. It has represented major electronics companies for 30 years including Apple, Compaq, Logitech, Microsoft, and Sony. The firm has extensive relationships with many top national and regional accounts including Brightstar, CDW, Sears, OfficeMax and Walgreens.

"We are always looking to find partners that are innovative, creative and have state-of-the-art products," said Tom Gust, president, G/B Marketing. "With the explosion of wireless and mobile communications, CelLynx is poised to make a significant impact. We are excited about the relationship, the opportunity and are looking forward to great successes."

Pinnacle Marketing has marketed innovative technology to national retailers for 30 years. It has represented major brands including AOC, Duracel, All Power, Lexmark and IOGear. The firm enjoys strong success selling into mass market retailers including Target, Best Buy and others.

"Over the next 36 months I see no product category that will have as much impact on national retailers as the 5BARz Technology from CelLynx," said Greg Harris, Pinnacle founder and president. "Mobile phones and accessories are growing in shelf space, and ending dropped calls and slow Internet is the Holy Grail."

"These three firms have outstanding, long term relationships with many of our primary target accounts," said Barry George, CelLynx Chief Marketing Officer. "They also understand how our 5BARz cell signal booster technology will help their accounts sell more mobile phones, cellular-enabled laptops and netbooks, which ultimately leads to more satisfied consumers."

"There are hundreds of rep firms around the country," added Daniel Ash, CelLynx CEO. "There are only a few firms that we consider elite -- and these three firms are part of that group. Their expertise in selling into the consumer market is expected to provide a strong catalyst for 5BARz sales."

Additionally, the Company notes that the 5BARz Road Warrior is a winner of the International CES Innovations 2010 Design and Engineering Award. About 5BARz Cellular Road Warrior

The 5BARz Road Warrior uses patent-pending technology designed to avoid dropped voice calls and provide faster Internet connections for all mobile phones including iPhones, BlackBerrys, notebooks and netbooks. It can be used from any location where power is available, including vehicles, homes, offices or hotel rooms.

Unlike the more costly conventional, professional-grade cell phone boosters or repeaters, the 5BARz Road Warrior requires no installation, external cabling or antennas. It capitalizes on widespread customer dissatisfaction with indoor and vehicular cell phone coverage, and on the phenomenal worldwide growth of voice, data and video applications on cellular networks. It is fully compliant with FCC regulations and is transparent to cellular networks. The 5BARz Road Warrior, which works for all carriers in the U.S. and Canada and most of Mexico, Central and South America, is available today at a suggested retail price of $299 at www.5BARz.com.
