CelLynx Expands 5BARz Sales Network With Leading Midwest Manufacturers' Rep Firms

MISSION VIEJO, CA--(Marketwire - February 5, 2010) - CelLynx Group, Inc. (OTCBB: CYNX), a leading producer and marketer of 5BARz™ cell signal amplification devices, today announced it has signed agreements with three leading Midwest manufacturers' representative firms to market its 5BARz Road Warrior cell signal booster.

The three firms, Cleveland-based Astrokam Sales and Marketing, Chicago-based GB Marketing, and Minneapolis-based Pinnacle Marketing Group, Inc., generate an aggregate $280 million in annual sales revenue. They will increase the Company's penetration into 19,000 online resellers, catalogs, distributors, technology resellers and retail outlets.

Astrokam will represent 5BARz in Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Kentucky, West Virginia and Western Pennsylvania. It has represented major electronics manufacturers' products for more than 40 years including Pioneer Audio, Canon, Iomega, SanDisk, Sony PlayStation, and Toshiba.
