CelLynx Retains Leading Manufacturer's Rep Yohay Associates

MISSION VIEJO, CA--(Marketwire - January 29, 2010) - CelLynx Group, Inc. (OTCBB: CYNX) (www.cellynx.com) today announced it has signed an agreement with leading manufacturer's representative firm Yohay Associates to manage the sales and marketing of the Company's 5BARz™ line of mobile phone boosters in the Northeastern U.S. and Florida marketplaces.

Yohay Associates will represent CelLynx Group's award winning 5BARz Road Warrior to its current account base consisting of 15,000 outlets nationwide. Specializing in sales and marketing for such consumer electronics and personal computer industry leaders including Microsoft, Apple, Sony, Panasonic, Sharp, Philips, Hitachi, and Canon, the firm has served major retailers, mail order companies, value added resellers and distributors for more than 30 years. These longstanding relationships include D&H, Wynit, CWR, DAS, ArchBrook Laguna, PC Connection, Staples, BJ's Wholesale, CVS, B&H Photo, J&R, Datavision, PC Richards, Adorama, Cameta Camera, ABE's, Beach Camera, Pep Boys, and many more.

"I have been waiting to represent such an innovative product as the 5BARz Road Warrior for years, as it is a natural fit for our distribution partners," said Norman Yohay, Founder of Yohay Associates, Inc. "I believe the market opportunity for a device that can strengthen mobile phone signals for the people who depend on them is tremendous. CelLynx is adding great value to cell phone industry vendors and customers, and we are proud to be representing them."

5BARz Road Warrior delivers full cell phone signal strength and up to 20x faster Internet in "dread" zones with the weakest network carrier coverage. It is a winner of the International CES Innovations 2010 Design and Engineering Award. The device can be used from any location where power is available, including vehicles, homes, offices or hotel rooms. Unlike the more costly conventional, professional-grade cell phone boosters or repeaters, the 5BARz Road Warrior requires no installation, external cabling or antennas.

"Norman Yohay and his team is a perfect match for CelLynx," said Barry M. George, CelLynx Chief Marketing Officer. "By working with a proven partner with a long history of taking innovative consumer technologies to market and turning them into household names, we take an important stride toward executing our mass market distribution strategy."

CelLynx uses patent-pending technology designed to avoid dropped voice calls and provide faster Internet connections for all mobile phones including iPhones, BlackBerrys, notebooks and netbooks. The 5BARz Road Warrior, which works for all carriers in the U.S. and Canada and most of Mexico, Central and South America, is available today at a suggested retail price of $299 at www.5BARz.com.
