Celestial Delights USA Corp. Appoints China Financial Sector Veteran James Ping Xu as Chairman

PHOENIX, AZ--(Marketwire - November 23, 2009) - Celestial Delights USA Corp. (OTCBB: CLDS) (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. James Ping Xu as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Ping Xu brings twenty-six years of notable experience in the financial sector, including extensive familiarity with private equity and venture capital businesses, direct investments, and investment banking services with top multinational and government organizations.

Since 2006 he has served as Managing Partner at Power Capital Corporation of China where he strategically positioned Power Capital's Northern China investment banking and direct investment operations. During this period he strengthened his excellent relationships and solidified his outstanding business network with key contacts at three of the largest oil companies and five of the top banks in China as well as with Shanghai Guo Shen (the Government's No.1 asset management entity), and also with many key representatives at most of the large private equity, venture capital and securities firms, insurance operators, real estate companies, infrastructure players and regional banks across China.

He is currently an advisor for a five billion dollar (US) financing raise on behalf of a world-renowned private equity fund. From 2001 to 2006 he was the Managing Director and Chief Representative in Shanghai for H&Q Asia Pacific Limited, where he was responsible for the firm's new investments in China. Previously, from 1999 to 2001 he was Director, Corporate Finance at Cathay International Group Limited (Hong Kong), where he worked closely with all levels of government in respect to sourcing, monitoring and realizing investment deals, and established the basis for his solid relationships with key administrative leadership. In 1998 - 99, Mr. Ping Xu was Corporate Finance Director & Head of China for HSBC Investment Bank Asia Limited, and from 1996 he was a Vice President at J.P. Morgan Securities Asia Ltd. Prior to this he held positions at Wheelock NatWest Limited, Standard Chartered Asia Limited, and KPMG Peat Marwick, (London). He graduated in 1983 from Jiangxi University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics (specializing in public finance) with honors.
