COLORADO SPRINGS, CO--(Marketwire - February 12, 2010) - AVENUE Q is going to be hitting the Pikes Peak Center in Colorado Springs March 16 & 17, and word on the street is that the outdoor bus shelters they planned to display are simply too scandalous.

Broadway In Colorado Springs' most controversial outdoor billboard to date would have featured Lucy The Slut, a resident on of Avenue Q, in all her provocative glory. AVENUE Q opens at the Pikes Peak Center March 16 for two performances. AVENUE Q is Broadway's smash-hit 2004 Tony Award winner for Best Musical, Best Score and Best Book.
