Centrue Financial Corporation Announces 8% Increase in Quarterly Dividends

ST. LOUIS, MO--(Marketwire - April 24, 2008) - Centrue Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: TRUE) announced today that the Company's Board of Directors approved the payment of an 8% increase in the quarterly cash dividend on the Company's common stock. The dividend will be increased to $0.14 from $0.13 and marks the 92nd consecutive quarter of dividends paid to stockholders. The dividend will be paid to stockholders of record on May 16, 2008 and will be payable on May 30, 2008.
