PHOENIX, AZ--(Marketwire - April 7, 2010) -  Cephas Holding Corp. (PINKSHEETS: CEHC) today announced it has developed a content and licensing strategy for the new iPad product. Cephas currently markets iPhone applications targeted to the male 18-34 demographic.

The company is developing apps with MMA heavyweight champion, Fedor Emelianenko, a fitness app with UFC legend Dan "The Beast" Severn, a music news wire app, and it expects to create apps for models associated with its modeling agency.

The company intends to work with its developers to leverage existing licenses for new iPad apps. The company will continue to build its portfolio of licenses and include the iPad as one of the available products in the contract.

Cephas plans on designing apps that are specifically for the iPad. Additionally, the company expects to secure rights for various ebooks in its targeted market that can be sold to iPad users.

Industry analysts estimate that 3 to 4 million iPads will be sold by Apple in the calendar year.
