Chartwell Fourth Quarter and Year-End 2009 Results and Conference Call

MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Jan. 15, 2010) - Chartwell Seniors Housing Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX:CSH.UN) announced today that it expects to issue its financial results for the three months and year ended December 31, 2009 on the afternoon of March 4, 2010.
