Child Safety Products Company Executes Multimedia Campaign Deal

Media Campaign Designed to Increase Brand Awareness and Build Revenue Channels

WESTON, FL--(Marketwire - April 30, 2008) - American Scientific Resources, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ASFX), parent company of Kidz-Med, Inc., today announced an agreement with a leading media relations company to launch a powerful multimedia campaign valued at twice the amount of a similar agreement signed with a different media relations company last year.

The media relations entity, which has requested its name be withheld, has signed a media for equity contract: in exchange for equity in American Scientific Resources, they are obliged to help expand brand awareness, and revenue channels for the Company's Kidz-Med brand, most notably, Kidz-Med's flagship product, the Thermofocus® 5-in-1 non-contact thermometer, the world's first totally non contact thermometer.

The approach taken by the media relations company will be to expose the Kidz-Med brand and products to millions of US consumers through 10,000 newspapers, including news and wire services, 6,000 radio stations and countless internet sites. This type of media coverage helps companies grow their customer base, national recognition, credibility and brand awareness through positive national coverage in both print and broadcast media.

Eliminating the cash expenditure traditionally incurred by a media campaign has enabled American Scientific Resources to secure a powerful multi-media platform, which management hopes will significantly enhance all revenue channels -- and transform Kidz-Med, Inc. into a trusted household name.
