Chillicothe, Texas Signs 5-Year Contract With Nestor Traffic Systems for Mobile Speed Enforcement

PROVIDENCE, RI -- (MARKET WIRE) -- October 31, 2006 -- Nestor Traffic Systems, Inc., a leading provider of advanced red light and speed enforcement systems and services and subsidiary of Nestor Inc. (NASDAQ: NEST), announced that the City of Chillicothe, Texas has entered into a 5-year contract with Nestor for the provision of one mobile speed enforcement unit for at least thirty hours per month and related services. The contract also allows the City of Chillicothe to use data from the speed system to issue citations for infractions other than speeding.
