At the end of November, the number of subscribers or advertisers on the Company's domestic auto sites exceeded 1,000." He added, "I am particularly pleased that the Beijing site alone, which has been in existence for only four months, has developed 33 4S shops as paid subscribers leaving substantial opportunity to add many more of the 470 4S shops in the city."

"With the growth we have been experiencing," Mr. Shiping said, "I am confident in saying advertising and subscription revenues being generated by our websites in 2009 will exceed $3 million, a gain of more than 80% over the revenues from this segment in 2008, when the Company reported $1,762,859 in total website revenue. Potential new customers recognize the substantial traffic on our sites generated by the first hand, real time information we provide that is highly valued by both dealers and car buyers, and the unique design and visual impact of the sites. Further, our domestic auto sites are aimed at a nationwide targeted audience which will continue to be expanded as we fulfill our website development goals in 2010 and the following year, growing from 15 cities currently to 60 cities throughout China reaching over 70% of the car buying public."
