China Auto Logistics Unveils New Portal for China's Automobile Consumers and Dealers at 2010 Beijing Auto Show; Official Launch of www.cali.com.cn Attracts Wide Attention at Largest Ever Auto Show in China

New Domain Name Based on "CALI" Stock Symbol Translates to "China Auto Living Internet Portal" Reflecting the Broad Spectrum of Auto Related Services and Information Now Accessible on a Single Site

TIANJIN, CHINA--(Marketwire - April 27, 2010) - China Auto Logistics Inc. ("the Company" or "CALI") (NASDAQ: CALI) announced that it has officially launched its new portal www.cali.com.cn on the opening press day of the Beijing International Automotive Exhibition (Friday, April 23). The new portal aims to integrate and meet the needs on one site of the full spectrum of China's dynamic automotive public including dealers, suppliers, auto purchasers and drivers of both foreign and domestic autos. Its name, "China Auto Living Internet Portal," which abbreviated is the Company's NASDAQ trading symbol CALI, aims to reflect the wide scope and future thrust of the site. www.cali.com.cn will be the "go to" site not only for domestic and imported auto dealers seeking to learn more about their market to improve their business, but for suppliers who serve them and consumers who need them. It also is the place auto consumers will be able to access on a single site a full range of services they need in connection with purchasing an auto -- foreign or domestic -- or access a range of services, conveniences and discounts available to them once they are driving their cars.

CALI Receiving "Enormous Attention"

Mr. Tong Shiping, CEO and Chairman of the Company, stated, "This is a very exciting new step for our Company that we believe brings together the wide scope and greatly expands the reach and penetration of our sites and services. We are especially pleased with the enormous attention our new portal has received from participants and visitors to this largest ever auto exposition in China." He continued, "Our high profile participation here and the media saturation we have organized in the weeks to follow should make this a highly successful launch. We anticipate many new visitors to our already rapidly growing, top ranked domestic and imported automobile sites and increased awareness of our expanding auto-related services for dealers and potential auto purchasers, and, most recently, the exciting array of discounts and conveniences for auto consumers seeking to service and maintain their cars economically that is available through www.goodcar.cn, which as announced last week we anticipate acquiring by the end of August. What we now have is more than a collection of sites, but truly, a wide ranging, single stop portal for 'Auto Living.'"

Potential New Advertisers and Planned Major Media Campaign

Over the four auto-practitioner days (Press days -- April 23rd & 24th and Trade days -- April 25th & 26th), CALI reported that it has been engaged in discussions with a large number of major domestic and foreign auto manufacturers which are continuing at its booth at the Auto Show. Visitors have included the Vice President of Great Wall Motor; General Manager of Brand Promotion Department of Changfeng Motor (joint venture of China Changfeng Group and Japan Mitsubishi Automobile Company); PR Chief Director of Changhe-Suzuki; Chief Sales Director of Lifan Motors; APAC Chief Director of Aston Martin and many top brand auto manufacturers. "We are extremely happy with the attention and interest from these and other top auto manufacturers, which reflects the fact that the performance potential and traffic volume of our portal already is being recognized by them," Mr. Tong stated.

Additionally, CALI has executed contracts for promoting its new portal with a variety of media, including magazines such as Auto China, and top newspapers in Beijing, Tianjin, Chongqing, Wuhan, Chengdu and Xiamen. CALI is particularly exciting about the cooperation with www.qq.com, the most popular website in China with all-time peak concurrent users of over 100 million in daily living portals in Chongqing, Chengdu, Xi'an and Wuhan cities. Average daily viewers in these cities have ranged from 1 million to 8 million and CALI believes the full week of video advertisements it has planned on www.qq.com will grow the audience for its automobile portal in these cities significantly.

CALI is also very optimistic that the newly launched auto living portal will be one of the most viewed and popular spots during the public days running from April 27th through May 2. Mr. Tong added, "CALI is the first company in China to integrate a full range of auto related services in one portal, from trading information for both imported and domestic manufactured cars, to the most convenient and economic auto-related services for consumers. We believe this approach will widen our audience and be recognized by all other participants seeking Internet exposure as an attractive and dynamic concept."

The Beijing International Automotive Exhibition

Running from April 23 through May 2, the 2010 Beijing Auto Show is one of the leading events in the auto world and the largest ever in China, reflecting the rapid rise of the Chinese auto market to the position of world leader in auto sales and growth. Nearly 2100 companies from around the world are exhibiting at this year's event, displaying nearly 1000 vehicles -- including the world debuts of 75 domestic auto models and 14 from the world's leading multinationals, including GM, Volkswagen, Audi, Mercedes Benz, Honda, Ford, Hyundai, Porsche, Ferrari and Lamborghini. The show is being reported live and recorded throughout China by more than 4000 media outlets, including major TV and radio stations, newspapers, magazines and websites. In 2008, the show attracted 680,000 visitors and 10,120 domestic and foreign journalists -- numbers which are expected to be easily surpassed this year.
