China Crescent Enterprises (CCTR) and Nova Energy (NVAE) to Convene in China in May to Develop African and Chinese Technology Trade

DALLAS, TX--(Marketwire - April 14, 2010) -  China Crescent Enterprises, Inc. (OTCBB: CCTR) and Nova Energy, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NVAE) (OTCQB: NVAE) today announced scheduled meetings in Shanghai starting May 24th to execute next steps on plans to market Chinese technology products in East Africa. Nova technology managers from Nairobi are scheduled to travel to Shanghai to meet with China Crescent's technology partners to include Huawei and Lenovo. Nova participated in a sales conference held by China Crescent in March that was organized to provide China Crescent partners with the latest information on sales programs and opportunities in China. Nova Energy is pursuing several initiatives in East Africa, initially in Kenya in the technology, utility, housing and health products industries. During the conference in March, Nova Energy explored partnership opportunities to introduce high quality, affordable technologies from the participating companies and other leading technology brands such as Huawei and Lenovo into East Africa. In the upcoming May meetings, China Crescent and Nova plan to further develop these opportunities.
